The
greater Channahon Minooka Area Chamber of Commerce's 7th annual
scholarship golf outing was a huge success! Over $4,000.00 was generated for the 2008 Minooka High
School scholarship recipients.
The golf outing
was held Wednesday September 26, 2007 at the beautiful Heritage Bluffs golf
course in Channahon, Illinois. Everyone enjoyed a day of
golfing and fun. The participants had opportunities
to win
raffle prizes and participate in the awards ceremony
where the winners were announced.
The
chamber wishes to express our gratitude to all of the volunteers and
sponsors who helped and who generously donated prizes and raffle
items. Thanks to Terri Tatroe (All American Self Storage), Dan Friant
(Harris Bank), & Lynda McShane (Founders Bank)
for all their help at the outing!!! and
