I am married to Lou and we have 2 adult daughters Lisa and Gina. We also have a wonderful 4 yr old grandson Jameson.

I started my business 38 years ago in March of 1972. Before Mary Kay I was employed at Caterpillar in Joliet as a medical claims adjuster. I was raised in Joliet and attended SFA and JJC. We have lived in Minooka since 1975.

I really enjoy my position because it allows me to enrich other women's lives. The products are excellent and I enjoy sharing them with women. The opportunity to have your own business is very appealing to many stay at home moms. Women needing additional income along with another job also appreciate the flexibility of this career. I enjoy helping women to feel better about themselves. The Pink Cadillac's are great too!

I feel the Chamber has helped me to meet other business owners in the community. I have enjoyed the luncheon meetings because they are informative and a fun way to share our experiences. We would love to have you join us!

Become an Ambassador.....

The Ambassador Committee is a component of the Membership Development Division of the Greater Channahon Minooka Chamber of Commerce. Ambassadors act as the official goodwill greeters and volunteer liaisons between the Chamber and its current and prospective members. Joining this committee is one option members can exercise to increase their commitment to the Chamber while gaining additional exposure for their business.

Ambassadors attend and host Chamber events:

• Ribbon Cuttings

• Business After Hours

• Power Networking

• Monthly Membership Meetings

• Ambassador Committee Meetings

Each year there are special events that also garner Ambassador assistance. Some of these are:

• The Chamber Business Showcase

• The Chamber Golf Tournament

• Membership Drive

Criteria for remaining in the Ambassador’s Club include active monthly involvement, the recruitment of new members, assisting in retention calls and attendance at Chamber networking events.
